The application is completed entirely online via MyGuichet, with or without a LuxTrust product (Smartcard, LuxTrust mobile, Signing-Stick) or an electronic identity card (eID).

You can submit your application without having all the necessary documents to hand; you can provide the missing documents at a later date.
Non-resident students wishing to apply for AideFi must also apply for financial support in their country of residence (Crous, study grants, BAFöG, etc.). Please submit this application as soon as possible!
An official response (positive or negative) from the relevant authorities in your country of residence is required in order to receive AideFi. Please ensure you do not miss the deadlines in either your country of residence or in Luxembourg; you may complete your application once you have submitted it to the Service Aides financières, provided you do so within the specified time limits.
