Student visa
From January 2021, EU students are subject to immigration rules, following the end of the Transition Period on 31 December 2020.
EU students arriving on or after 1 January 2021 will need to apply for a student visa ahead of arriving in the UK.

EU Settlement Scheme
If you’re an EU citizen already living in the UK, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021. The deadline for applying is 30 June 2021.
