Aside from the University of Luxembourg, there are a few specialised higher education institutions offering programmes accredited by the ministry of  Research and Higher Education.

• Lunex: specialising in sports, motor skills and physiotherapy; located in Differdange.
• Luxembourg School of Business (LSB): specialising in business management; located in Luxembourg-city.
